How it works

We’ve made this as simple as we can. You can order online in a few taps, or just call us — whichever you prefer. Here’s exactly what happens.

Browse the shop
Open the Shop page and look through the aisles — produce, bakery, dairy, pantry, prepared meals and beverages. Big photos and clear prices make it easy to see what you’re getting.

Add what you’d like
Tap “Add to order” on anything you want. Your order is saved as you go, so you can take your time. Change your mind? Adjust the amount or remove it on the order page.

Send us your order
When you’re ready, open Your Order, fill in your name, phone number and delivery address, and press “Place my order.” That’s it — nothing to pay yet.

We call to confirm
A real person will call you to confirm your items, the final total and a good delivery time. If anything is out of stock, we’ll suggest a substitute.

We deliver to your door
We hand-pick everything fresh and bring it to you. We can bring it right inside if that’s easier. You pay simply when it arrives.

Rather just call?

You don’t have to use the website at all. Call us and we’ll happily take your whole order over the phone, answer any questions, and arrange delivery.
